Launching Our Free Product for Interactive Offer Letters

Peter McKee

Today we’re announcing the first release of our free product to create branded, interactive offer letters and help you capture data from offer performance. Click here to sign up!

Around a year ago, I wrote about a free tool to help candidates understand the value of their total compensation and got an overwhelmingly positive response. We heard from many job seekers about how helpful this kind of total rewards visualization was as they considered different offers. As I said then, it seemed only fair that this sort of tool should be available to everyone.

Over the course of the last year that we’ve been building Aeqium, we realized that the best way to educate job seekers on total compensation was to make the required tools as available as possible to the employers who are actually sending the offers. That’s why we decided not only to make an interactive offer letter part of our platform, but to provide it free to employers.

For candidates

We’re increasing the distribution of compensation visualizations and education that should be available for all

Visualize and explain equity vesting and value
See how your total compensation stacks up

For employers

We’re giving a competitive edge in a tough market for talent, and helping make the offer another channel for expressing your brand to the candidate

A branded offer summary
Express your brand with custom colors, images, and content
A dashboard for composing your offers
Easily compose and preview new offers

By making this a free product, we’ll be iterating on it in the open. You can even see a live demo offer here. We’d love to get feedback from anyone who tries it out, and we’re excited to partner with the community on making it better. Drop us a line at support@aeqium.com with any suggestions or feature requests.
