How does Aeqium integrate with my HR systems?

Aeqium directly integrates with most HRIS, ATS, and Equity Management Systems. You can also upload data from any custom source via CSV. Need a custom integration? Ask our team, and we’ll let you know how we can do it.

How long does setup and onboarding take?

The technical implementation takes just a few hours. The onboarding process, which includes uploading pay bands, user training, and setting goals, takes four to six weeks on average. Tell us when your next cycle needs to run, and we’ll make it happen.

What level of support and training is provided during and after implementation?

We offer extensive support and training that includes onboarding, hands-on assistance as needed, Slack, email, and call communication, product documentation, and standing meetings on your schedule.
